On the first Saturday of every month we have the \u2018Monthly Jam\u2019 where everyone gets together to train and catch up. People from ALL levels of experience are welcome and beginners are especially encouraged to come along, as it is a great way to get familiar with the friendly faces of Adelaide Parkour.

There are many resources out there that you can use to learn Parkour on your own. Our best recommendation is Fandom’s Parkour Wiki<\/a> resource.
